The legend of D2, as it goes this guy gives out directions and hands out bologna sandwiches in various camping facilities. Here he is instructing the sun how to set.

This timelapse got ruined by some curious campers who saw the glow of the red light on the back of my camera, I will now put tape over that light to prevent further swearing outbursts.

Fireflies below the stars

The fireflies and the night sky put on quite a show at the end of the Leelanau state park.

People enjoying a fine sunset at nordhouse dunes, after this shot I ran down and scolded them for not being more expressive.

A sense of Place

I believe that our environments affect us more than we can readily perceive; it's always interesting to go somewhere that is physically beautiful or on the contrary somewhere repulsive and to remember how we felt at those places. It's a glowing endorsement for interconnectedness if you ask me, above and below are a few images of places that seem to illustrate my ideal.

Hong Kong Show

A while back I was the featured artist in an exhibition called "Forward Motion", it was in Hong Kong so I could not attend, but my friend who is an I.D. major found this image from his department chair who had a piece between mine in the show.
